De Witte Aap is the beating heart of Witte De Withstraat, the Rotterdam art area. The doors here open seven days a week at three in the afternoon and only close again in the late hours. In 2009, De Witte Aap was named best bar in the world by Lonely Planet. You have to go here if you are in Rotterdam!
